Prior to the annual meeting of Bitten and Mads Clausen’s Foundation on Wednesday 6th April 2022, the Foundation announced that Per Egebæk Have had been nominated as the new Chairman of the Foundation.

Lars Tveen, moving from his position as President of Danfoss' regions, has been elected to succeed Per Egebæk Have as the CEO of Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation. Since 2015, Lars Tveen has been a member of the Danfoss Group Executive Team (GET).

Lars Tveen is replaced at Danfoss by Astrid Mozes, who was made Head of the Hydrostatics Division at Danfoss Power Solutions after Danfoss' acquisition of Eaton's hydraulics business in August 2021.

Per Egebæk Have says:

I am very pleased that Lars accepted the offer of continuing his career at Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation. Lars has been involved in the Foundation's activities. He has been involved in Project Zero and more recently also in the new Danfoss House. This building will act both as a residential building as well as a test and demonstration centre for Danfoss. The founding family knows Lars, and I too know him from both Danfoss and Sønderborg, as competent, enterprising, and committed.

Lars Tveen has a long and broad management experience resulting from several different positions in Danfoss A/S. Before becoming President of Danfoss Heating in 2015, Lars Tveen held senior leadership positions as President of Danfoss District Energy and as Senior Vice President of Danfoss District Heating. Lars Tveen is a member of the Group Executive Team and in 2021 he was appointed President of Danfoss' regions.

Lars Tveen says:

I've been incredibly proud to be part of Danfoss since I started here as a youngster. It has been an honour to be part of developing Danfoss into becoming a leading player in the green transition. But sometimes you receive an offer you just can't refuse.

He continues:

When you've been a part of the local community and the region for many years, it can’t get much better than getting to head up Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation. That's the reason why I have had no doubts about accepting the post as CEO. I look forward to working with the founding family, the Board and Per. Together we can continue to make the region an attractive place in which to live and work.
