At the annual meeting this week, the board of Bitten & Mads Clausen's Foundation welcomed Bo Rygaard as a new member of the board.

Bo Rygaard joins the board with a solid knowledge of family-owned businesses and industrial companies. He is CEO of the Dreyer Foundation (Dreyers Fond) and has previously held positions such as Senior Vice President and member of the executive board of Rockwool International and CEO of Duni AB.
Bo Rygaard has extensive experience with board work and is, among other things, acting chairman of the board of Netcompany, KV Fonden, KFI and Savino Brands, as well as vice chairman of the Committee on Foundation Governance.
At the annual meeting of Bitten & Mads Clausen's Foundation, Mads Clausen was re-elected to the board, which constituted itself with Per Egebæk Have and Marianne Phillip as Chairman and Vice Chairman. Per Egebæk Have and Marianne Phillip were re-elected to the two positions.
I am proud and grateful to have been re-elected as chairman. It is a great honour to be able to continue working with the talented members of the board and dedicated employees of the Foundation. Together with Marianne Phillip, I look forward to continuing the good collaboration, focusing on creating positive results for the benefit of Danfoss.
